Classic Photo Booths - Data Management Policy

Data Collection

Classic Photo Booths may collect photos and/or videos captured for printing or display.  Optional delivery information (such as email or phone number) is only collected when the user voluntarily enters it. Classic Photo Booths does NOT collect or store attendee contact information for marketing. 

 

Contact Information & Marketing

Classic Photo Booths does not retain attendee email addresses, phone numbers, or personal identifiers after media delivery. All contact information is automatically deleted after the event.

 

Data Storage & Retention

Photos and videos may be temporarily stored during event operation. Media may be retained only if permitted by the client. If retention is not permitted, all event data is permanently deleted.

 

Data Deletion Procedures

After each event, temporary files and contact information are removed. Retained media (if permitted) is securely stored.

 

 

Client Rights

Clients may request that no media from their event be used publicly, request confirmation of deletion, and request additional restrictions.
