Classic Photo Booths - Data Management Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy
Classic Photo Booths is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all individuals who use our photo booth services. This policy explains how we manage photos, videos, and any information processed during events, with a specific declaration for the PlayStation event.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all photos and videos captured by Classic Photo Booths equipment, temporary digital files created during booth operation, and any optional contact information provided for digital delivery.
3. Data Collection
Classic Photo Booths may collect photos and/or videos captured for printing or display. Optional delivery information (such as email or phone number) is only collected when the user voluntarily enters it. Classic Photo Booths does NOT collect or store attendee contact information for marketing.
4. Use of Photos & Videos
Classic Photo Booths may use select, non-sensitive photos or videos from events for social media, website galleries, and marketing materials. Media will never be used if it is private, sensitive, inappropriate, or if the client requests confidentiality.
5. Contact Information & Marketing
Classic Photo Booths does not retain attendee email addresses, phone numbers, or personal identifiers after media delivery. No attendee information is used for marketing or shared with third parties. All contact information is automatically deleted after the event.

6. Data Storage & Retention
Photos and videos may be temporarily stored during event operation. Media may be retained only if permitted by the client. If retention is not permitted, all event data is permanently deleted.
PlayStation Event Exception:
No photos, videos, or contact data from the PlayStation event will be retained. All files will be deleted within 24 hours after the event.
7. Data Security
Classic Photo Booths secures all temporarily stored data through secure devices, limited access, and on-site supervision.
8. Data Deletion Procedures
After each event, temporary files and contact information are removed. Retained media (if permitted) is securely stored. For the PlayStation event, all files will be deleted, and confirmation may be provided upon request.
9. Client Rights
Clients may request that no media from their event be used publicly, request confirmation of deletion, and request additional restrictions.
10. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated to comply with privacy regulations or business needs.
